A Chief Financial Officer is a senior corporate executive who is responsible for the overall planning and management of a company’s financial affairs.

The firm was founded in 2006 on the idea that small business owners need the same financial information and management that large companies do, and this work could be done on a part-time or interim basis.

The firm grew quickly, and in 2010 after the “great recession,” we decided to add to its product offerings, including Corporate/Individual Taxation, Accounting, Payroll, Business Valuation and Brokerage.
